What measures are airports taking?

Since the outbreak of COVID, airports across Australia and New Zealand have put measures in place to ensure the health and safety of both travellers and employees. Whilst these will vary by airport, you can expect to see stringent cleaning processes, social distancing rules and for many, compulsory face coverings. Some airports are also trialling temperature screenings and many airports have also altered their departure terminals.

These measures will vary by airport and by country, so make sure you check the websites of your departure, transit and destination airports for their latest guidance.
